Hi, I’m Brittany.
Brittany M. Setaro, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist | AAC Specialist
I’m a neurodiversity-affirming speech-language pathologist with experience across school and private practice settings, specializing in supporting autistic individuals and those with complex communication needs.
AAC and assistive technology are particular passions of mine, but my approach begins with the whole person—not a diagnosis, device, or single way of communicating.
Through Courageous Communications, I provide individualized speech, language, and AAC services in clients’ homes, in the community, and through telehealth, along with consultation and education for families and professionals. My goal is to provide strengths-based support that honors autonomy and helps every person find their roar- their way.
